Scattered strong to severe storms are popping up this afternoon and any one of them may produce 1" hail or larger, wind gusts over 60 mph, and torrential rainfall.  There is also a risk of an isolated tornado but I think the biggest threats will be hail and wind.  A T-STORM WATCH remains in effect until 7 PM for the Black Hills, NE Wyoming, NW South Dakota, and SE Montana.  Additional watches are possible later today for areas east of Rapid City.  Watch The Six and Black Hills FOX News at 9 for the updated holiday weekend forecast.
